Edi Cohen - Director

Edi advises providers of commercial and financial services with corporate communication and public relation services. With twenty years of experience in financial journalism at The Banker and The Independent in London, and at FEM and Het Financieele Dagblad in the Netherlands, she is an expert in media relations and corporate writing. She also works as a crisis consultant and boardroom counsellor, in particular for supervisory board members. Before joining Citigate First Financial, Edi was one of the founding partners of Gooseberry, a corporate and strategic communications consultancy for the financial industry. Transparency in communications to all stakeholders is crucial for Edi. This conviction led to the publication of ‘Limits to transparency’, a book that she co-wrote with Piet Hein Coebergh. Edi gained an MA in International Economics & American Foreign Policy at John Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., after completing a bachelor’s degree in History at Leiden University.
